Jake was AWESOME! Definitely recommend requesting him for your services. He was extremely thorough in taking before and after pictures and explained everything that was going on. We bought our house last year and he told us the vents haven’t been cleaned since the house was built in 2001. We opted to also get sterilization and have an air sterilizer (I hope that’s the correct name) placed in as well. He ordered us better, reusable metal air filters to save us money in the long run. Their warranty is amazing as well! Jake was quick, thorough, professional, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. The only thing I wish we had done different was call sooner.

I had Boise Clean Air do a full service clean on my air ducts and vents for a house my wife and I recently purchased. Our hvac system was disgusting and my wife and I would wake up every morning congested with scratchy throats. Now that we had our ducts/vents professionally cleaned we don't wake up with congestion and our furnace no longer struggles to keep the set temperature and works so much better. The service tech was friendly and very informative, he even showed me how dirty our ducts and furnace were. I highly recommend Boise Clean Air, my wife and I are happy with our cleaner air and better working hvac system. We are also happy with the money we will save on the utility bill because our furnace runs more efficiently and no longer runs nonstop through the night.

Cody Erikson did everything possible to make sure that we had everything we needed. After he finished cleaning the air vents, he left, but once we noticed there was something wrong with our furnace, Cody came back to check the furnace. The furnace was broken, and Cody called the furnace service, and asked us to let him know as soon as the furnace was fixed. Thank you, Cody Erikson! We appreciate your hard work.

I would highly recommend Idaho Clean Air to everyone. Jake Thompson was the Technician. He explained everything very thorough. He was very professional. He is very detailed oriented. Very reasonable. My vents had never been cleaned in our home. We lived here for 6 years now and the home is 12 years old. We were very pleased with the work done by Idaho Clean Air. Cody & Paul were so professional and thorough. They spent several hours cleaning and sanitizing the vents & returns. We just bought this home but the sheet rock & construction materials found n the vents indicate the system had never been cleaned. There was some pretty awful stuff in those vents that we have been breathing. We had a permanent filter installed to help with more efficient filtering in the home. One of the vents was not even hooked up to function properly and Cody had to go in crawl space to repair that. It definitely cost more than we anticipated but it was our choice to have everything cleaned & sanitized properly.We recommend this company if you need vent or dryer cleaning and are committed to breathing clean air.

I'm kinda late in this review but I promised I'd do it.Cody and one of his guys did our entire system back in (I think) January.Full disclosure: it ended up costing way more then I'd kinda figured with everything we added on. So just keep that in mind.I'd recommend them regardless. As I watched them pull out new construction debris from the floor vents it was obvious it had never been done (house was built mid 90's).Cody was great about walking me through what all he thought should be done. He takes photos and shows you before he explains.Our house has had a couple pets over the years and essential oil diffusers run quite a bit.They were punctual, professional, and efficient.I've been breathing much easier ever since.Thanks guys!

Our technician Jake was outstanding. He explained everything in detail and showed us pictures of our issues we had. Then before leaving showed pictures of the cleaned Air Ducts. We were very pleased and will call Idaho Clean Air and ask for Jake when we need cleaning again or any issues.

Cody arrived promptly. He examined my situarion, vents as well as furnace. He photographed everything, explained what needed to be done. He thoroughly explained problem areas, the system was in much poorer shape than i realized. He commenced to do the work i authoritized, thoroughly, efficiently and was respectful of the surroundings. He communicated with the office and arranged possibke future maintainence as well.I was very impressed with his professionalism and manner. Jake did a thorough job cleaning all our vents, a job that hasn't been done since the house was built 14 years ago! Needless to say, it was very dirty with microbial growth on layers of dust and buildup of the last decade. I now have piece of mind that our family is not breathing harmful bacteria and dust, especially since we have family members with asthma and allergies.

Recently bought a house with some MAJOR junk in the air vents leaving them in great need of a deep deep clean.
